Titan Wealth is on a journey of transformation, and we are looking for a Guernsey-based Financial Accountant to be at the heart of it. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and working below the group’s International CFO, you’ll ensure the accuracy, integrity and timely reporting of the financial books and records for our Channel Island entities.
As well as reporting into the Channel Islands (“CI”) Board, you will also report into the wider group finance function headquartered in London. The role will be primarily focused on the CI operations but also gives an opportunity to play a part in the wider group finance function and future group initiatives.
This isn’t just a traditional accounting role. You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving:
- Integration of systems: Embedding the wider group reporting software and applications into the current Channel Island operations.
- Strategic transformation: Supporting the set-up of group operations moving offshore from the UK, helping to establish efficient new structures and reporting.
- High-impact reporting: Delivering financial statements, management accounts, and regulatory returns that inform decision-making across the group.
You will have the ability to collaborate with auditors and stakeholders ensuring compliance and building strong relationships across jurisdictions as part of a high-performing culture.
You will need:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (recently qualified or part-qualified).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Confidence with financial systems (Excel essential; NetSuite, Anaplan, or Sage 200 a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
You’ll gain exposure across Titan Wealth’s group, contribute to strategic initiatives, and play a vital role in integrating new businesses and systems. With regular travel to Jersey and the UK, this is a chance to broaden your impact and accelerate your career in a growing, forward-looking financial services group.
