We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our small Human Resources team in Guernsey.
You will have experience of generalist HR practice and procedure, ideally qualified at CIPD Level 3 or the ability to work towards that qualification.
No two days will be the same; you will need to be emotionally intelligent and people centric as your primary role will be working closely with our most important asset – our people.
You will support the business by assisting with payroll, company benefits, recruitment, retention, well-being and all aspects of HR administration processes.
A strong attention to detail, excellent written and numeracy skills, good communication skills and the ability to be completely impartial and act in the strictest confidence is essential.
