PJ started his career straight after finishing his A-levels in Guernsey. After completing a year in operations within the data management team, he joined the execution only trading team, which trades on behalf of execution only clients as well as the wider business. He is also part of the NextGen STEP committee in Guernsey and represents Guernsey in squash at a European level.
