Titan Wealth is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in Jersey, providing on-site technical support and helping to maintain the systems that support our busy office of 50 people.
The successful candidate will provide onsite technical support and operational assistance to our Jersey office while working collaboratively with IT colleagues across the Channel Islands, and wider Group, to deliver effective IT services and support. We’re looking for someone who is well organised, able to communicate clearly and works effectively as part of a team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with a few years’ experience who is looking to further develop their skills across infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, cyber security and business systems. You will gain exposure to a broad range of technologies while supporting users and helping to drive continual improvements across our IT environment.
You will be supported through formal learning opportunities, with the chance to broaden your technical knowledge while working in an interesting and fast-paced working environment.
