Reliance on the International Adviser Exemption pursuant to subsection 8.26(3) of National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations (“NI 31-103”) and the International Dealer Exemption pursuant to subsection 8.18(2) of NI 13-103 and Notification to Clients of the prescribed information under subsections 8.26(4)(e) and 8.18(4)(b) of NI 31-103
This disclosure is in connection with your account(s) with Titan Wealth (CI) Limited (‘TWCIL’) and any relevant investment services provided to you by TWCIL.
Please note that TWCIL is relying on the international adviser exemption and international dealer exemption pursuant to subsections 8.26 and 8.18 of NI 31-103 in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Québec, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan (the “Canadian Provinces”).
Please note that:
- TWCIL is not registered in any of the Canadian Provinces to provide advice on securities or to trade in securities;
- TWCIL’s head office or principal place of business is located in the City of St Peter Port, Guernsey;
- all or substantially all of TWCIL’s assets may be situated outside of Canada;
- there may be difficulty enforcing legal rights against TWCIL because of the above;
