We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Risk Manager to join our growing Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. This is a hands-on, operational role with international scope, offering the opportunity to help develop, embed and maintain effective risk management frameworks across the Titan Wealth Group.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Risk for the Channel Islands, you will support the business by managing day-to-day operational risks, enhancing governance and reporting, contributing to internal audit and operational resilience activity, and collaborating with compliance and wider group stakeholders to support the broader GRC agenda.
This role will suit someone who is confident, curious and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in how the business operates. You will enjoy problem-solving, building strong relationships and delivering practical, high-quality outcomes that help protect our clients, our people and the continued growth of Titan Wealth.
