New Zealander Blair has extensive experience in discretionary investment management and portfolio management. He has a business degree, majoring in finance, from the Massey University, New Zealand. He holds the Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager qualification and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
