Kasia began her career in the finance industry in 2014 and brings over a decade of experience across client relationship management, back office operations, and financial advice. This breadth of experience has given her a strong, diverse understanding of the financial services industry.
In June 2025, Kasia was promoted to Operational Manager, where she oversees key operational functions while continuing to manage a select portfolio of clients.
She applies her expertise in client services, financial planning and operations to support both clients and the wider business. Kasia is committed to helping clients build and maintain long-term financial stability. She holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
