Titan Wealth is to acquire LTS as the group continues its expansion.
The deal, which is subject to approval from the Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority, will see Titan Wealth acquire the remaining 51% of LTS, having owned 49% since May 2024.
‘This is a significant and exciting milestone for LTS. Throughout the process, our focus has been on ensuring any transaction would be the right fit for our clients, our team and the long-term future of the business,’ said LTS managing director Paul O’Neill.
‘Joining Titan Wealth enables us to remain true to everything that has made LTS successful while gaining access to additional resources, technology, research and specialist expertise that will enhance the service we provide. Our clients will continue to receive the same trusted, independent advice from the same people they know and work with today.
‘Perhaps most importantly, this creates new opportunities for our team. The quality of our people has always been our greatest strength, and being part of a larger international organisation gives them greater scope to develop their careers while continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.’
LTS will continue to operate under its existing brand and on 24th August the team in Guernsey will relocate to Titan Wealth’s offices at 20 New Street. Its Jersey office is already in the Titan Wealth’s office at Titan House in St Helier.
James Kaberry, co-founder and co-CEO of Titan Wealth, said that having personally experienced the quality of advice and service provided by LTS, he had quickly understood why the business is so highly regarded within the Channel Islands and the untapped potential it had.
‘The team's technical expertise is complemented by a genuinely client-first approach, and that combination makes them stand out. As I got to know the business and its people better, it became clear that there was an opportunity to bring that expertise to a much wider audience,’ he said.
‘I am incredibly excited that clients across the Titan Wealth group around the world will now have access to the specialist tax knowledge, experience and professionalism that the LTS team has built over many years. We believe this will be hugely beneficial for clients and creates exciting opportunities for both businesses as we continue to grow together.’
The acquisition, the value of which has not been disclosed, represents a further investment by Titan Wealth in the Channel Islands following its acquisition of Ravenscroft's wealth management business in December 2024 and Advisa Wealth in March 2025 and reflects the strategic importance of the islands within the wider group.
‘The Channel Islands continue to be an incredibly important part of Titan Wealth's growth strategy,’ said Robin Newbould, CEO of Titan Wealth Channel Islands
‘We have been consistently impressed by the depth of expertise, professionalism and client service culture demonstrated by the LTS team and this acquisition is a testament to the calibre of the people we have here in the Channel Islands and the strength of the professional services sector across the islands. We see tremendous opportunities to build on that expertise and further strengthen the range of solutions available to clients both locally and internationally.’
