Titan Wealth has made two appointments to its financial planning team.
Lisa Davies joins the team as a wealth consultant alongside client support administrator Yasmin McDermott. They are the first to join the financial planning team at Titan Wealth following its acquisition and rebrand of Advisa Wealth.
‘The financial planning team joined us at Titan House earlier this year and we have already established a close working relationship so that we can provide clients with financial planning and investment advice. The increase in financial planning work meant we needed to grow the team and so Lisa’s experience, expertise and reputation will benefit our clients and help continue growing the business,’ said Kevin Boscher, managing director of Titan Wealth in Jersey.
Lisa joins Titan Wealth with over 25 years’ experience advising high net worth clients in the UK and internationally on investment strategy, pension transfers and consolidation and intergenerational planning. She has a Diploma from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, is a qualified pension transfer specialist, and holds the MSCI designation with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, as well as a Certificate in Behavioural Finance and Coaching.
‘Titan Wealth is in an exciting phase of growth, and that really appealed to me because it creates the opportunity to contribute, not just to client outcomes, but also to how the business develops its services and proposition. Being part of a firm that is actively investing, acquiring and expanding its capabilities means there is room to bring ideas, shape processes and grow alongside the organisation,’ she said.
‘What particularly interests me about Titan is its focus on genuinely bespoke solutions, rather than a one size fits all model. Titan’s integrated wealth services are also a strong fit with how I like to work. Having investment management, financial planning and other specialist services under one roof means clients can receive joined up advice, which is crucial when they are making big life decisions and need clarity rather than fragmented guidance.’
In her new role, Yasmin will be responsible for supporting clients by liaising closely with both them and colleagues from across the Jersey office.
‘My background in customer service and operations has equipped me with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. I pride myself on being organised, responsive, and client-focused, and I am committed to delivering a high level of service and building positive, lasting relationships,’ she said.
‘I am particularly looking forward to expanding my knowledge within the wealth management industry and developing new skills in this role. I am motivated to embrace this learning curve and see it as a valuable chance to grow my skillset.’
